2024  Season Information
The Aquatic Center officially opens Saturday, May 25th at 11 am!

May 20-24 frpm 3-7pm  is Pre-Season Office Hours to register for swim lessons, purchase memberships or obtain key tags
*Please note: registration for Session 1  Swim Lessons for Village Residents Only is May 20 - May 24. 
  Open Registration for swim lessons begins May 25. 

The Plain City Aquatic Center offers something for every age! Children will love the zero-depth entry area, spray ground, play area, and twisty water slide. Adults will also enjoy the designated adult only swim times, and hours of summer sunshine!

Open the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day Monday

Once Jonathan Alder Schools begin Fall Session in Mid-August, the Aquatic Center is only open on Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day Monday.    The Splash Pad is open Mon - Fri   only,  for FREE to the public once school is in session in Mid-August, through Labor Day.

Season Membership Rates

Season membership rates are based on residency. 

  • Village resident status = Live within Village limits and receive a  trash bill from the Village of Plain City. 
  • A Plain City mailing address does not necessarily indicate resident status.
  • All others are non-Village residents, including New California and Jerome Village/Jerome Township residents.
  • All season membership purchases will be verified for residency.
  • Children under 2 years do not count toward household membership rates.  Only purchase based on Household individuals, aged 2+

Season Membership Key Tags
All season membership holders will be issued a key tag. Key tags are good from year to year, so please don't throw them away. On first entry to the pool or any time the pool office is open, please tell the front desk you need key tags made and they will have them ready by the end of your visit. 

Private Parties
All available dates for Pool Parties have been reserved for 2024.   Thank you.

The Aquatic Center may be rented for private parties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.   

The rules for private parties are the same rules that apply during open hours.  Click here for Aquatic Center Rules.   Please do not bring in:  alcohol, chewing gum, glass containers or water balloons.

Cancellation policy:
Private parties are subject to a $25 cancellation fee if customer cancels.  The cancellation fee is not charged for inclement weather or pool closure. Pool party reservation cost will be refunded in the event of pool closure due to inclement weather, and an alternate date is not available.

The Plain City Sharks Swim Team is available to Plain City youth. Registration has closed for 2024.
